• then save it and restart your mobile
• edit default gprs setting config.
• put the below setting

2. apn ----------------- aircel web or default apn
3. proxy --------------   152.23.125.213  OR  45.251.214.96
4. port ----------------- 80
5. home page ----------- m.wikipedia.com or o.wikipedia.com
6. save it and again restart your mobile
7. now in default browser enter homepage you will be redirected to proxy page enter google.com in that box and browse unlimitedly.you can use this settings in pc also thats all about aircel 3g proxy.
