• You need to Install Proxifier for making this trick Work

• Download Proxifier

• Connect with APN as Mobile
• Run Proxifier

• Put the Proxy Settings in proxifier by Going to options>proxy settings>add : 5.9.236.123 , port 443, https>ok 

• Now the next part, add another proxy by again clicking add, this establishes a proxy chain. these are the proxies you may use.use one of these proxies.

If one doesn’t work go for another one. if u get an error in opening page try two or three time before trying another proxy, because as i told you browsing is slow during day. but once a download starts there no issue.
