For Use This Tips You Need:
1. A sim card (Any Operator. e.g:- Here I'm use GrameenPhone SIM)
2. A Mobile Phone or Modem
3. And Download the files from bellow only 2 MB.

(It will be better if u active any internet package in your sim. Such as 1mb or 3mb or any other package which will give you high downloading speed. But be sure that your sim card internet is activated.)

4. Now go here http://www. pdproxy.com/ signup.htm and signup with your email id, username and password. After signup a confirmation link will send to you email address. Login to your email and click the confirmation link. Thats it!
5. Then extract or unzip the downloaded zip file.
6. Find here a file name with "PD-Launche.exe". Open or install this file.
7. Then install and open "PD-Proxy.exe" file.
8. After open PD-Proxy give your username and password which you registerd before.
9. Click the Connect button.
10. When you see the line "succesfully connected to server" that means you are connected. 

Now use the free net. But remember with one PD Proxy account, you will get 100mb per day. So my suggestion is to open 10 account in PD Proxy. Which will give you 10*100=1000mb that means 1GB data per day!
