I discovered it accidently.....

that Tata Gprs is free in roaming.

I have a Maharashtra Tata Docomo Sim.And currently m in Bangalore.....I m able to dwnld and surf anything for free [though so far havent dwnlded any big file,so cant say for sure if u can dwnld big files or not.But i think even big files can be dwnlded.

When i checked,my balance was 80.96 Rs and so far,even after dwnlding over 10mb data,not a single penny has been deducted.
But it will be better if u keep ur balance as low as u can [ around 10 Rs or so ] 

so grab a TaTa Docomo sim of other state and enjoy free internet [unless it gets blocked by Tata ]

Manual settings for Tata Docomo [s60 phones]
Name : Tata Docomo Internet
data bearer : packet data
APN : TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNET

And thats it,leave all the fields blank.

*If u already have Tata docomo Internet settings then no need for manual settings.Or better call customer care and ask them to send u settings.As it is a zero rental plan.

some of my frendz said that Tata docomo hasnt been launched in their state,so they cant use the trick.
But i think it shud work even in the states where it is not launced yet if the sim cud access network
enjoy.................
